I placed this order on October 5, 2026. It had three items:
1. SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Tea-Trica BHA Foam, 125 ml
2. Anua Niacinamide 10% + TXA 4% Dark Spot Correcting Serum, 30 ml
3. Anua Heartleaf 70 Soothing Cream, 100 ml
The Anua Niacinamide 10% + TXA 4% Dark Spot Correcting Serum and the Anua Heartleaf 70 Soothing Cream are both fine. No complaints about either.
The problem is the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Tea-Trica BHA Foam. It does not foam at all. I have used it 4-5 times, once on the day it arrived and in a week with gap . Both times I used the proper method: wet face and hands, pea-sized amount, rubbed with water to build lather, then I even tried a larger amount. Every time it just turns into a thin, almost invisible layer with no lather and no deep-cleansed feel. Reviews of the genuine product describe a thick paste that becomes a rich creamy foam on contact with water, so this bottle seems off. It may be an old or stale batch. The printed expiry is March 2027, so this is older stock. As it stands, I cannot tell if it is cleansing properly.
Three stars because of the foam. The other two items are good.

Agar aap ki skin oily hai aur blackheads ka masla hai to ye best option hai. Tea trica aur bha skin ko gently exfoliate karte hain aur excess sebum bhi control ho jata hai.

I bought this specifically to deal with summer breakouts and it worked within days. The texture is creamy and it cleans without that tight dry feeling afterward. Definitely going to stick with this one for a while.
